Porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone floors β precisely leveled, perfectly laid, built to last.

A well-installed tile floor is the most durable flooring choice available β porcelain and natural stone floors routinely last the life of the building. The key word is "well-installed." Tile laid on an uneven or structurally inadequate substrate will crack and loosen within years. We start every floor tile project with proper substrate assessment and preparation before the first tile goes down.
We install all tile types and sizes, from 4x4 ceramic to 48x48 large-format porcelain slabs. Our layout planning process ensures tile patterns align with doorways, cabinetry, and room focal points β not at awkward partial tiles in visible areas.
We check the subfloor for deflection, levelness (no more than 3/16" variation in 10 feet per TCNA standards), and moisture. Issues are corrected before any tile is set β this is non-negotiable.
We plan the tile layout dry before any mortar is applied, ensuring balanced tiles at all entrances and focal points. No small slivers at doorways or unbalanced patterns at kitchen islands.
Large-format tile and all natural stone is set with large-notch trowels and back-buttered to achieve 95%+ mortar coverage β the TCNA standard for floor tile. Thin coverage is the primary cause of floor tile failure.
Grout is applied after full mortar cure. Grout color is selected to complement the tile and minimize staining visibility. All grout and natural stone is sealed before the floor is used.
