Weekly pool service in the Phoenix area typically runs $120–$150 per month for a standard residential pool (10,000–20,000 gallons). Biweekly runs $95–$120/mo. Monthly visits run $85–$95/mo. Pricing covers labor, chemistry testing, and standard chlorine, acid, and shock — no surprise chemical surcharges. Larger pools, salt systems, or pools with persistent issues may run higher. We always quote a flat monthly rate after seeing the pool.

In Phoenix, weekly service is strongly recommended May through September. Heat above 100°F burns chlorine off fast, dust storms drop debris and phosphates into the water, and high bather load (it's pool weather every day) means biweekly visits often can't keep up. October through April, biweekly is usually fine. We can mix the two — weekly in summer, biweekly in winter — and adjust your monthly rate accordingly.

Every visit: skim the surface, brush walls and steps, vacuum the floor, empty skimmer and pump baskets, brush the tile line, check filter pressure, backwash or clean the filter when needed, test water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, CYA, salt for SWGs, calcium hardness monthly), add chemicals to balance, and visually inspect equipment for leaks, noise, or wear. You get a written report with the readings and what we did.

No — most clients aren't home during service. We just need access to the pool gate and the equipment area. We'll send you a "tech on the way" text the morning of, and a service report after we leave. For gated communities or pools with locked equipment, we set up a one-time access process at sign-up.

Yes — about 60% of the pools we service are salt systems (Hayward AquaRite, Pentair IntelliChlor, Jandy AquaPure, etc.). Salt pools still need weekly cleaning, chemistry checks, and salt-cell inspection. We check cell condition every visit, descale annually, and replace failing cells when needed. We also test salt levels monthly and add salt as needed — billed at cost.

Yes — we maintain dozens of vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO) and HOA properties across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix.
