These Terms govern your use of LocalPageUp services provided by Terra Nova Trading LLC, a Florida LLC operating at localpageup.com. By using LocalPageUp you agree to these Terms.
LocalPageUp provides AI-powered digital marketing for local businesses including: free demo website creation (bilingual EN+ES), website hosting, social media content, SEO, Google Business Profile management, review requests, monthly reports, AI chat widget, and missed call text-back. Services included depend on your subscription plan.
We may build a free demo website using your publicly available business information before you subscribe. No cost, no obligation. Demo sites are hosted at localpageup.com/demos/[slug]/ and remain live for 30 days if you do not subscribe.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Failed payments trigger a retry and email notification. After 7 days of non-payment your account may be suspended.
Cancel any time through the client portal or by emailing support@localpageup.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Billing errors resolved within 30 days of report.
By opting in through our web form at localpageup.com/optin or by texting START to +17869368551, you consent to receive SMS messages from LocalPageUp (Terra Nova Trading LLC) at +17869368551 related to your demo website and account. Message frequency: 1-3 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out reply STOP to any SMS — you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To get help reply HELP or email support@localpageup.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We comply with all TCPA regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login. Notify us immediately at support@localpageup.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Websites and content created by LocalPageUp remain our property while your subscription is active. You may request an HTML copy within 30 days of cancellation. Your business name, logo, and materials you provide remain your property.
Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business results. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
