Mike Henderson spent 12 years as a lead technician for one of Nashville's largest HVAC companies before founding Premier HVAC Solutions in 2008. He started with one truck, one goal: show up when you say you will, fix it right the first time, and charge a fair price.

Word spread fast. By 2012, Premier HVAC had grown to 5 technicians serving all of Davidson County. In 2018, Mike's son Tyler joined the company after completing his HVAC certification — bringing fresh energy and the latest diagnostic technology to the team.

Today, Premier HVAC Solutions employs 10 certified technicians and serves homeowners and businesses across the greater Nashville metro. The mission hasn't changed: be the company you'd want your neighbors to call.

30 years in HVAC. Founded Premier in 2008 after a career with Nashville's top contractors. Lic. #CHAC-28847. Expert in commercial and residential systems, heat pump design, and energy efficiency audits.

Tyler Henderson

Lead Technician & Service Manager

Mike's son. Joined Premier in 2018 after earning his HVAC certification and completing an apprenticeship. Specializes in smart thermostat integration, diagnostic troubleshooting, and new system installations.

Sarah Chen

Operations & Customer Care Manager

8 years with Premier HVAC. Sarah manages scheduling, customer communications, and the maintenance plan program. If you've ever had a seamless service experience with us, Sarah had a hand in making it happen.
