Every slab gets a full diamond-grind to open the concrete pores and remove any old sealer or contamination. Acid etching doesn't work — this is non-negotiable for a coating that bonds permanently.
Hairline cracks are routed and filled with polyurea joint filler. Saw-cut control joints are filled level. Surface is leveled and ready for color.
Base coat (epoxy or polyaspartic) is rolled on, then we broadcast vinyl color flake to refusal — the floor is fully covered with chips. Flake colors are blended to your spec (gray-white-black, sandstone, custom).
Excess flake is scraped, then we apply a clear polyaspartic topcoat with anti-slip aggregate. Cures in 4 hours, walk on it that night, drive on it the next day. Looks like a showroom.
