Site Assessment

We review the scope — size of the space, type of construction (new build vs renovation), specific problem areas, and your timeline. This determines crew size and equipment needed.

Rough Clean

Debris and large material removal. Construction waste swept and bagged. Rough vacuum of all surfaces including ductwork. Heavy drywall dust initial removal.

Detailed Surface Clean

HEPA vacuum of all surfaces — walls, ceilings, window tracks, cabinet interiors, every inch. Then wipe-down of all surfaces with appropriate cleaners to remove fine dust and residue.

Windows & Glass

All accessible windows cleaned inside. Protective film and labels removed. Tracks cleaned. Frames wiped. Glass polished streak-free — critical for photo-ready spaces.

Floors & Final Detail

Hardwood, tile, LVP cleaned with appropriate products. Grout haze removed from new tile. Final detail on all fixtures, hardware, and surfaces. Final walkthrough with client.

Post-Construction Cleaning Questions

Post-construction cleaning is typically priced per square foot or as a project rate based on scope. A single-room remodel might run $150–$250. A full new-build home (2,000+ sqft) typically runs $600–$1,200+. We always provide a firm quote before starting.

Book us 1–2 weeks before your expected project completion so we have availability when you need us. We typically schedule the clean for 24–48 hours after contractors complete all work and have cleared their tools and materials.

We remove cleaning-related debris — dust, dirt, packaging, small scraps. We do not haul away large construction material like lumber, drywall sheets, or tile palettes. Those should be removed by your contractor before we arrive.

We recommend waiting until all construction is truly complete. Cleaning mid-construction is possible for specific areas (like cleaning a finished bathroom before a tile floor goes in) but isn't efficient for the overall project. Let us know your timeline and we'll advise.
