For color services, keratin treatments, and bridal appointments, we recommend 1–3 weeks in advance — especially for Saturday slots which fill fastest. HydraFacial and skin care appointments are easier to get on shorter notice. If you're flexible on timing, call us and we'll find a slot that works.

Yes — consultations are free and encouraged for color services, keratin treatments, and skin care. For complex services like color correction or Japanese straightening, a consultation lets us assess your hair's current condition, review your inspiration photos, and set realistic expectations before committing to an appointment. We'd rather have a 15-minute conversation upfront than a disappointed client afterward.

We use professional-grade products from Kerastase, Olaplex, Redken, Gelish, OPI, and Image Skincare — depending on the service. We never use drugstore or discount brands on clients. Every product in the studio is chosen for performance and hair/skin safety. After your service, we'll recommend take-home products specific to your hair or skin type so you can maintain results longer.

Please do — photos are the best way to communicate what you want. Save 3–5 images that represent the look you're going for, plus 1–2 examples of things you don't like. During consultation, we'll assess how achievable each look is with your specific hair texture, density, and face shape. We'll be honest if something won't translate exactly — and offer alternatives that will achieve a similar feel with great results.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another client on our waitlist. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% service fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may require a deposit for future bookings. We understand emergencies happen — just reach out as soon as you know, and we'll work with you.

Absolutely — bridal parties are a specialty at Luxe. Isabella has done 200+ weddings and bridal events across Miami and South Florida. We accommodate full bridal parties for hair, makeup, nails, and skin treatments. For weddings, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance and scheduling a trial appointment 4–6 weeks before the event. Contact us directly to discuss your wedding date and group size.

Yes — all Luxe Beauty Studio stylists and estheticians hold current Florida State cosmetology or esthetics licenses. Isabella holds FL License #CL0025844. The studio is fully insured and inspected. We follow all Florida Board of Cosmetology sanitation requirements — tools are autoclaved or single-use, and stations are sanitized between every client. Your safety is our top priority.

Walk-ins are welcome for manicures and pedicures when availability allows — call ahead to check. For hair services, color, keratin, and skin care treatments, appointments are required as services are time-intensive and require stylist preparation. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and cash. Gratuity is appreciated and can be added to card payments. We do not accept personal checks. For large services or group bookings, a deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.
