We give you an exact price before we start — not an hourly estimate, but a fixed number. If the job takes us longer than expected, that's our problem, not yours. What we quote is what you pay. The only exception is if you change the scope of the job after we start, in which case we'll discuss any additions with you before doing the extra work.

Most drywall patches take 1–3 hours depending on the size and whether we're doing a texture match. For small holes (under 6 inches), we can usually complete same day including a paint touch-up. Larger repairs requiring new drywall panels may need two visits if we need to return after the joint compound dries, but we'll tell you upfront.
Yes. For most jobs, we bring everything we need — drywall mud, tape, screws, caulk, weather stripping, etc. If a job requires specific materials (like matching your existing trim or a particular fixture), we'll either ask you to purchase it or let you know what to buy before we arrive. Materials are included in our quoted price when we supply them.
Absolutely — that's one of our most popular requests. We call it a "honey-do list" visit. Just send us your list and we'll quote you a flat rate for the whole thing. It's usually much more cost-effective than scheduling separate visits for each item. We love knocking out 5–10 items in a single efficient visit.
We work Monday through Saturday 7am–6pm. Sunday appointments are available for urgent situations — call (361) 934-0129 and we'll do our best to accommodate. Weekend slots fill up fast, so we recommend booking Friday or Saturday appointments by Thursday if possible.
Just clear a path to the work area so we can move freely, and make sure we have access to the room or area. For drywall jobs, we cover the floor and furniture, so minimal prep is needed. For pressure washing, just move any vehicles or furniture from the area to be cleaned. That's it — we handle the rest.
